Department of Health has classified Emu Oil as a pharmaceutical product and has
registered it in the Therapeutic Goods’ Registry.
Emu Oil has been recognised as an ingredient for cosmetic use by CTFA (Cosmetic
Toiletry Fragrance Association).
Emu Oil is being used by veterinarians for hoof problems in horses, skin
problems, flea bites, all kinds of wounds in horses, dogs and cats.
